Abbiamo una gamma di viti a testa cilindrica in PPS (polifenilensolfuro).
Tutte le nostre viti a testa cilindrica in PPS sono conformi alle specifiche DIN912. Il tipo di azionamento standard disponibile per queste viti è l'azionamento esagonale a 6 punte mediante l'uso di una chiave esagonale (le dimensioni dell'azionamento sono riportate nella tabella delle dimensioni sopra).
Perché usare il PPS?
Le nostre viti in PPS sono rinforzate con il 40% di fibra di vetro, il che consente di ottenere resistenze alla trazione simili a quelle della nostra gamma PEEK GF30 (rinforzata con il 30% di fibra di vetro), ma con una gamma di dimensioni molto più ampia e a costi ridotti.
Il PPS ha caratteristiche che si posizionano perfettamente tra la nostra gamma RENY e PEEK.
Applicazioni
Il PPS è adatto per le applicazioni che richiedono un elemento di fissaggio polimerico altamente capace in termini di resistenza al calore e agli agenti chimici, ma anche un'elevata resistenza alla trazione.
