What are Polypropylene Countersunk Screws?

Polypropylene countersunk screws, also known as counterbore screws, are fasteners with a conical head designed to be flush with the surface of the material into which they are installed. Made from polypropylene, a durable plastic with excellent chemical resistance, these screws are lightweight, cost-effective, and resistant to wear.

Countersunk screws are typically used to fasten two pieces of material so that the screw head is recessed, providing a clean appearance and preventing snagging on other objects or materials. Installation is done using a drill or screwdriver, tightening until the head of the screw is flush with the surface.

Polypropylene countersunk screws are an excellent choice for applications requiring moderate strength and resistance to chemicals and moisture, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments. Available in a variety of metric sizes and thread types, they suit a wide range of needs.

These screws are widely used in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and automotive, commonly fastening components like hinges, handles, and brackets to doors, cabinets, and other structures. They are also well-suited for securing electrical components and other hardware.
