PEEK GF30 is a 30% glass fibre reinforced super engineered polymer, it combines the high strength and stiffness from glass fibre with the highly desired characteristics of Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK).
Our PEEK GF30 Countersunk screws comply with the DIN 965 standard and are highly regarded due to their competitive pricing and exceptional quality.
Phillips drive type comes as standard with drive types from #1 to #3.
30% Glass fibre reinforced PEEK enables the tensile strength of these screws to rise from 97Mpa to 167Mpa. This enables even more applications to utilise PEEK material characteristics, even when a much high tensile strength is required.
A common application our customers use for this type of screw is within the oil industry, this is due to the increased tensile strength of the material, allowing for use in extremely high pressure environments.

What are PEEK (GF30) Countersunk Screws?
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a high performance polymer that is known for its exceptional mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and temperature resistance. "GF30" refers to the fact that the PEEK material has been reinforced with 30% glass fibers, which increases its strength and stiffness. A countersunk screw is a type of fastener with a flat-bottomed head and a conical shape, designed to be flush with the surface of the material it is being used to fasten.
PEEK (GF30) countersunk screws are therefore fasteners made of a PEEK polymer reinforced with 30% glass fibers, with a flat-bottomed head and a conical shape. These screws may be used in applications where high strength and temperature resistance are required, such as in the aerospace, automotive, and chemical processing industries. They may also be used in medical and surgical devices, as well as in consumer electronics and other high-tech applications. PEEK (GF30) countersunk screws may be used to fasten parts together, such as in the assembly of machinery or equipment, or to secure parts in place, such as bearings and gears. They may be used in applications where a flush finish is desired, such as in the construction of aircraft or other high-tech products.
