PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide) Flat washers have a large compressive strength capacity, which is perfect for high performance applications.
Our flat washers are compliant with DIN 125 specification and can be used in combination with an array of different material fasteners depending on application. PPS flat washers available are in standard metric sizes (M3- M12).
Why use PPS?
Our PPS range are reinforced with 40% glass fibre, this enables tensile strengths that are similar to our PEEK GF30 (30% glass-fibre reinforced) range, however with a much larger range of sizes and with reduced cost.
PPS has characteristics that are positioned perfectly between our RENY and PEEK range.

What are PPS Flat Washers?
PPS (polyphenylene oxide) is a high-performance polymer that is resistant to high temperatures and chemicals. It is often used in demanding applications where traditional materials like metal or plastic may not be suitable.
